By making a reservation at Coluna Turbulenta Unipessoal Lda online, by phone or via email, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the following conditions.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time and publish the new version on our website, after which all use of our website will be governed by the new version. In these booking conditions, references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ and ‘passenger(s)’ include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf the booking is made or any other person to whom the booking is transferred.

When making a booking, you agree to ensure that all details provided are correct, including passenger name, dates, pick-up information. If there are any changes to the details provided, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes.

Coluna Turbulenta Unipessoal Lda will make every effort to find and correct any errors and omissions as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when obvious errors occur, such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case Coluna Turbulenta Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to cancel such booking and the customer will not be held liable in any way in this regard.

The use of the content of our website by third parties for any purpose other than the booking of transfers is prohibited, including the modification, subsequent publication and reproduction or representation of the same in whole or in part without the express consent of Coluna Turbulenta Unipessoal Lda.

You confirm that the payment details you provide to us for the purpose of booking a service are correct. Please ensure that you have the correct amount available, in local currency, unless otherwise stated on your booking voucher.

Payments can be made in cash or by contactless card upon arrival at the hotel. If your transfer is a return transfer, please pay the full balance upon arrival at the hotel.

The primary name on the reservation is responsible for final payment.

Take your itinerary with you whenever you travel. It should be handed to your driver upon arrival at Faro airport.

Cancellations are allowed at any time, but you must cancel by phone or email.

Modifications to the reservation must be made 24 hours before your arrival. Failure to show up at Faro airport without prior notice will be charged 50% of the total amount paid.

We will carry 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per customer. We are not responsible for the transport of extra undeclared baggage. 

If there is extraordinarily large luggage, we ask that you inform us in advance before or after booking confirmation.

Coluna Turbulenta Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to refuse to transport customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered to be a risk to our driver.

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

The consumption of food and drinks is also not permitted, with the exception of water.

We will endeavour to arrive on time for collection at Faro Airport and collect you on your return to Faro Airport at the pre-arranged time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, for example traffic delays, weather conditions, compliance with police stops etc. However, we will contact you where possible if such a requirement arises.

Coluna Turbulenta Unipessoal Lda is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transportation. Your property is entirely your responsibility.

Should Coluna Turbulenta Unipessoal Lda fail beyond its control to reach the desired destination, we will provide alternative transportation at no additional cost to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse transportation to your group due to health and safety specifications, if you do not advise that you require child or baby seats before traveling Coluna Turbulenta Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to refuse transportation to customers with Children.

We ask that customers allow us a 20 minute buffer in case we do not arrive at the pick-up location at the pre-arranged time, this will give us enough time to deal with any unforeseen issues that may arise. (We will contact the customer where possible)

We reserve the right to leave your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre-arranged pick-up time if a member of your party fails to notify our driver of their delay.

We will wait for approximately 1 hour after your disembarkation in Faro. If there is any problem with your luggage, as long as you notify us by sending 1 member of your group to meet us at disembarkation, we will be happy to wait for you until the problem is resolved.
